    Responsibilities

    Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages Linux and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:
    • 8-12+ years of experience as a system administrator
    • Experience with operating and maintaining Microsoft and Linux servers
    • Experience with operating and maintaining Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) servers
    • Experience with VMware ESXi
    • TS SCI with poly is required
    • HS diploma or GED
    • CompTIA Security + Certification
    Additional Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) server administration
    • Knowledge of managing a Windows domain, including ADUC, DNS, GPOs, or DHCP
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
    • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
    • Windows Server Administrator Certification
    • Red Hat Certified Administrator Certification
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,000 /year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of full paid medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
