    DIVE INTO THE ROLE

    As a BCBA with The Treetop Therapy, you'll embark on a journey filled with impact and innovation. Your day starts with thorough client assessments, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans aimed at driving progress. With your expertise, you'll provide strategic guidance to our team, delivering ABA therapy services with precision and empathy while building lasting connections with families.

    Your dedication will provide invaluable mentorship and supervision, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes. Your keen analytical skills will drive the analysis of behavioral data, guiding interventions that spark transformative change. As the day ends, you'll reflect on the profound impact you've made, fueling your determination for the challenges and victories that lie ahead.


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Current BCBA certification
    • Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
    • Ability to write complex behavior support plans
    • Ability to communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
    • Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
