- Serve as the liaison between Corporate areas and the local HR team.
- Supervise and cultivate the HR Team to ensure the highest standards in HR process execution.
- Facilitate training and development plans for both leaders and teams.
- Enhance the proficiency in recruiting, engaging, and retaining employees.
- Execute the P&CIS strategy across all units in the USA.
- Innovate best practices to reinforce the cultural foundation necessary for sustaining the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Law, or a related field (required)
- MBA or specialization in Human Resources (desirable)
- Proficient in English; basic level of Spanish (desirable)
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation

Summary
