    Summary

    Reporting to the Sr HRBP Manager for Latam & USA, the incumbent will be tasked with planning, coordinating, and spearheading the work plan for People, Internal Communication, and Sustainability (P&CIS) within the USA Business Unit.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

    • Serve as the liaison between Corporate areas and the local HR team.
    • Supervise and cultivate the HR Team to ensure the highest standards in HR process execution.
    • Facilitate training and development plans for both leaders and teams.
    • Enhance the proficiency in recruiting, engaging, and retaining employees.
    • Execute the P&CIS strategy across all units in the USA.
    • Innovate best practices to reinforce the cultural foundation necessary for sustaining the business.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Law, or a related field (required)
    • MBA or specialization in Human Resources (desirable)
    • Proficient in English; basic level of Spanish (desirable)

    Experience and Skills:

    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
    • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Effective team management abilities
