HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a mid-level to senior System Test Engineer. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects. Candidates who are mission-oriented, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties performed will be in accordance with the program's Test and Evaluation requirements and associated test documentation, to include the following:
Review requirements to ensure that tests will satisfy specifications
Interact with engineering to analyze test validity
Perform system tests
Collect test data and perform failure analyses
Provide documentation and regular progress reports for test cases
Perform new tests when field data dictates need or new requirements arise
Participate in project reviews
Work with team members to evaluate hardware and software system performance
Build test plans and procedures with test cases based on system parameters and use cases
Generate and execute test cases to evaluate system performance, document results and communicate defects to the development team for system improvement
Developed test strategies, including Developmental Test (DT) or Operational Tests (OT) in both laboratory and field environments

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, technical discipline, or equivalent experience in Systems Integration & Test
Three (3) years of experience testing integrated hardware/software systems in both lab and deployed environments
Experience developing testing strategies and executing system operations or test
Knowledge of diagnostic equipment
Ability to analyze, process, and format test data
US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
Ability to lift 25lbs


DESIRED:
Experience and knowledge of systems engineering and testing practices
Experience solving complex problems and effectively communicating outcomes to program stakeholders
Experience with the operation of system under test to accurately measure and record critical data for analysis
Working knowledge of interfacing systems, such as:

Sensor Systems
User Interface displays and controls
Weapon Systems
