    Description

    We are looking for a Quality Control Director at Oldcastle APG, a leading provider of outdoor living solutions in North America.

    As the Quality Control Director, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and directing quality control policies, programs, initiatives, and systems to ensure our materials and products meet established standards and regulations.


    Responsibilities
    • Evaluate production operations to meet quality specifications
    • Maintain consistent quality standards across manufacturing processes
    • Develop and support supplier quality programs
    • Collaborate with management to define quality standards
    • Train and support quality personnel
    • Implement quality testing processes
    • Communicate effectively among production sites and management
    • Review quality control documentation for accuracy
    • Conduct quality control checks and inspections
    • Provide status reports to executive leadership and regulatory agencies
    • Work with R&D and suppliers to understand testing processes

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • 10+ years of experience in a senior quality role
    • Excellent communication and training skills
    • Thorough understanding of quality control standards
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Up to 75% travel required
