- Fully describe and document mission solution architecture and interfaces, with any deviation requiring prior approval via the Sponsor-approved waiver process.
- Ensure each new application or system enhancement meets agreed upon performance SLAs for system up-time, concurrent users, and system recovery.
- Monitor each application to provide status awareness and include a resolution plan for the application in the event of its failure.
- Comply with the Sponsor's Risk Management (i.e., cyber security) Framework to ensure that the program addresses and mitigates vulnerabilities and risks identified throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Evolve software development activities by leveraging industry best practices and standards
- Experience in creating system engineering documentation
- Expertise in multiple programming and testing languages (e.g. Lotus Notes, Java-Script, JAVA, C, C++, .Net, HTML, and XML)
- Experience in managing and developing desktop and web software
- Strong experience in CLOUD development
- Strong experience using Windows or Unix
- Critical thinking and strong analytic skills that quickly resolve complex issues
- Strong experience with Office, emails, and web development
- Planning, coordinating, tracking, and executing multiple simultaneous tasks with competing priorities

THE PROGRAM The DarkStar Group is a member of 100% of the winning teams for the largest technology program in the Intel Community.
We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013.We've grown on this effort by providing the customer with Engineers who have done exceptional work, and we've retained our staff by paying very strong salaries, and working hard to ensure each Engineer is doing work that aligns with their career interest.
THE PROJECT Classification Management Tool (CMT) Suite consists of twelve classification management tools provided to the Sponsor and Sponsor's Partners.
This centralized set of tools ensures consistent compliance with classification standards that are configurable and aligned to central policy. CMT software products allow users to apply approved classification and control markings to their data.These tools receive compliance from various documents such as:
Executive Order 13526 Classified National security Information, ISOO 32 CFR Parts 2001 and 2003 Classified National Security Information, and the Security Markings Program (SMP) IC Markings System Register and Manual.
CMT Tool Suite continues to progress through constant and consistent changes in designed classification marking products that are:developed, tested, and deployed multiple times a year. These tools comprise of classification and control marking values derived from approved policy.
The Sponsor requires support in providing these mission critical desktop, web, and email classification tools, to the Sponsor and Sponsor's Partners, on multiple platforms.
