- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, ensuring they meet Outbound Hotels' high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all closets and linens are stocked.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning products and adherence to cleanliness protocols.
- Provide friendly and attentive service at all times.
- Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift; remove newspapers and service trays, empty ash urn receptacles, remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning.
- Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures and regulations to include but not limited to; hallways, elevators, service areas, stairwells, etc...
- Remove soiled linen, terry and trash from the service areas and take to the appropriate locations in the prescribed manner. Must be able to lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs.
- Aid section housekeepers as needed ( bed boards, roll-ways, etc.).
- Report any missing/found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Receive assigned section, keys, supplies and any priority requests from the Senior Housekeeper.
- Be able to communicate and respond at all times, in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner to guests, managers and fellow associates. Report all guest issues and complaints to management.
- Coordinate with Senior Housekeeper on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Participate in hotel committees, MOD program and task force assignments.
- Abide by payroll policies, procedures, Meals and Rest Periods policy and OLS Rules of Conduct.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all hotel safety and security procedures as required maintaining a secure and safe environment for associates as well as guests.
- Read and abide by all the regulations and rules of conduct stated in the OLS Associate Manual.
- Ability to Lift, push, pull, carry heavy loads with cleaning equipment, pushing vacuum down entire length of hallway, carrying supplies from department to assigned floor, carrying dirty linen to laundry chute, removing room service trays and carrying dirty dishes to service area.
- Ability to Bend, kneel continuously throughout the day.
- Heavy with Cleaning dusting in all areas, retrieving dirty dishes, etc.
- Ability to reach to reach all areas including: shelves, windows, ledges, pipes, under and around furniture.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, up to approx. 100 steps 20% of 8-hour shift (time period)

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
