    Description

    What You Will Do

    • All Lowe's team members provide top-notch customer service while keeping the store clean, safe, and well-stocked.

    As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, this entails:

    • Being welcoming, professional, and actively assisting customers with inquiries.
    • Retrieving, loading, and restocking merchandise.
    • Safely moving merchandise for customers and colleagues.

    The Customer Service Associate/Loader helps customers by loading items into their vehicles and ensures shelves are filled for the next customers. Safety is paramount as this role involves frequent lifting and moving of products.

    Travel Requirements: This position does not usually involve regular travel, but occasional trips may be required for meetings, trainings, or to support nearby stores.

    What We're Looking For

    • Hourly Full Time or

    Part Time: Typically scheduled for 39 to 40 hours or up to 25 hours per week, with additional hours based on store needs. Must be available mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week. Physical ability to stand, sit, and perform various job-related tasks. Must be able to lift 25 pounds independently; heavier items may require assistance.

    What You Need To Succeed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 6 months experience using a computer for data handling.
    • 6 months experience with retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
    • Ability to obtain any necessary sales-related licenses.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 6 months of retail experience.
    • 6 months as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware store.
    • 6 months working in any department at a Lowe's store.
    • 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including Zone Recovery, stocking, pricing, and housekeeping.
    • 6 months involved in product transportation in vehicles.
