Job Description

The Executive Director (ED) will lead a diverse team of employees and consultants, including architects, developers, engineers, and analysts. They will oversee solution lifecycle execution for client and internal projects, support business development, and mentor technical staff. The ED will rely on their experience to plan and accomplish team goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership within the company and in client engagements.
• Work with the business development team to identify and win business opportunities.
• Establish processes for consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Maintain awareness of technology trends and work with product partners in delivery.
• Develop quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Direct large/complex business programs and develop strategic plans.
• Lead and coach software developers and technical staff.
• Hire team members, assign work, and address performance.

Critical Competencies

• Technical expertise in various roles.
• Leadership in global delivery environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Build collaborative relationships with peers and clients.
• Experience in Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, data management, AI/ML, and cloud development.
• Knowledge of Telecom is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in management.

Travel

• Estimated 25% travel, including local and out-of-state.
