- Serve as a QTAS representative on project teams to develop novel biologics
- Drive the QTAS and PK/PD strategy for discovery and development projects
- Communicate strategy effectively to project teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate PK, PK/PD, and bioanalytical studies
- Prepare QTAS sections of regulatory documents
- Bachelor with extensive experience, Masters with substantial experience, or Doctorate with pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
- Experience representing QTAS on project teams
- Expertise in PK analysis of biologics and relevant data analysis software
- Understanding of biologics PK/PD modeling and analytical assays
- Demonstrated scientific leadership and publication record
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively
- Motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for data analysis and applying new technologies to scientific goals
