    Overview

    As a successful Business Intelligence Manager - Integrations, you must provide detailed analysis and exceptionally clear communication. You are required to identify assumptions, translate between business and technology for the intended audience, and identify misunderstandings as early in a project as possible. You must be exceptionally detail-oriented but able not to lose sight of the big picture and core problems that need to be solved. You must be willing to learn how to present data and information in a way that resonates with broad groups of people, and you must demonstrate the ability to center your work on business strategies. Partnering with different business teams to be a part of a transformative effort excites you. Your mission will help enable the Crocs, Inc. enterprise to make bigger, bolder decisions faster because they have the right data in the right system at the right time.

    What You'll Do
    • Responsible for integration roadmap delivery and making tradeoffs to support the highest business value
    • Responsible for understanding end-to-end data flows and data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management
    • Oversee the data requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, and approval.
    • Develop rapport with a large number of stakeholders, manage their requests, and provide unparalleled visibility into the
    • Partner with engineering to identify process gaps and develop new strategies that enhance our delivery and reduce rework
    • Building and Sharing Integrations Expertise
    • Provide direct support to stakeholders ensuring they can successfully leverage the data
    • Consistently educate yourself in the latest features and capabilities within integrations
    • Establish and promote standards and best practices for data analysis, requirements gathering, and deployment activities
    • Guide the team in the creation of global KPIs and enforce the use of standard reporting practices to drive a "one truth" view of the data
    • Seek out creative solutions to problems and opportunities for continuous improvement across all reporting platforms
    • Partner with engineering to identify process gaps and develop new strategies that enhance delivery and reduce rework
    • Responsible for solving data-related issues and communicating resolutions with other domains
    • Identify process and data gaps, define approaches to solution issues, and surface results with business owners
    • Define actions required to achieve global use and understanding of Tier 1 KPIs
    • Experience and a desire to become a leader within the Enterprise Analytics & Data Team

    What You'll Bring to the Table
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, data analytics, equivalent degree, or experience.
    • 5+ years in an Integrations, Analytics, or Related IT Based Role
    • Exceptional communicator across technology and business stakeholders
    • Driven to discover new insights and create value for the business
    • Assist business stakeholders with interpreting data, generating key business insights, and making data-driven business decisions
    • Experience in OIC
    • Experience with self-service analytics and reporting tool, such as Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Tableau or similar
    • Experience in Snowflake or other similar cloud data warehouse and data lake solutions
    • Ability to quickly absorb new business processes and determine cross functional dependencies
    • Passion for integrations, data analytics, change management, and consumer engagement
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; balancing strategic alignment with technology roadmap and emerging industry trends with practical delivery
    • Demonstrated commitment to customer service; anticipates and exceeds expectations by solving problems effectively and making customer issues a priority
    • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; must be a problem solver and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
    • Shows aspiration in role by taking initiative with appropriate projects, tasks and job duties
    • Understanding of structured and unstructured database management in a large organization
    • Strong organization and communication skills are a must
    • Strong meeting facilitation skills
    • Unparalleled ability to pay attention to detail
    • Understanding of working within an agile methodology (i.e. Kanban, scrum, etc.) a plus
    • Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Power BI certification, DAX, UX experience or DevOps experience is a plus

    Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
