HART Technologies, Inc.

is looking for a mid-level Program Analyst to work as a member of our engineering services support team in either King George or Manassas, VA.

Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and capable of learning new software tools are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Compile, edit, and submit financial reports in accordance with government requirements.
Implement process improvements to streamline reporting across multiple projects and funding lines.
Track program and project budgets, including planned and actual spending.
Prepare cost and financial reports, verifying financial information, and ensuring sufficient funds have been obligated.
Develop life cycle cost analyses of projects or perform cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs.
Work closely with Program Management to develop reports and briefings for program Sponsors and Senior Management.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial and contract tracking and reporting.


Required:
Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent Experience
Greater than Two (2) years of professional experience in the area of finance
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

Preferred:
BA/BS in Business or related field
Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office Excel
Current DoD Security Clearance
