    Essential Functions:

    Provides direct patient care, including ordering and evaluating of diagnostic tests and managing of procedures according to established clinical practice guidelines.

    Identifies deviations from normal and consults, co-manages and refers patients as appropriate according to established clinical practice guidelines.

    Serves as a resource for staff nurses and physicians in the Archer Clinic to facilitate the coordination of care and the movement of patients through the continuum.

    Provides individualized patient/family teaching, health counseling and health advocacy services to patients, their families and significant others. Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.

    # # # Qualifications Master#s Degree 1-3 years# experience APN- current and unrestricted license for the State of Illinois CNP, CPR, ACLS, NRP current and valid certifications Clinical abilities as demonstrated through training, education, certification and experience.

    Qualifications


    • Master's Degree
    • 1-3 years' experience
    • APN- current and unrestricted license for the State of Illinois
