    Description

    Company and Job Description:

    • We are seeking individuals with a HEART - Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork - to join our mission of brightening and enriching lives.
    • The Director of Health and Wellness plays a crucial role in leading the Health and Wellness Program, ensuring Senior Lifestyle standards, and meeting resident care requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Direct care delivery to Assisted Living residents to fulfill emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs.
    • Coordinate family/resident care conferences and act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff.
    • Manage labor costs, supplies, and the clinical budget.
    • Monitor documentation systems to meet regulatory timeframes and resident needs.
    • Assess and evaluate potential residents for the Assisted Living level of care.
    • Conduct new resident orientation and staff training programs.
    • Oversee nursing and assisted living staff, ensuring health and safety compliance.
    • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure state regulatory requirements are met.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience managing a clinical team in senior living or hospital settings.
    • LPN/LVN or RN license is mandatory.
    • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and developing complex teams.
    • Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems.
    • High energy, passionate, and hospitality-focused.
    • Strong commitment to serving seniors and team development.
    • Technology savvy and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
    • Organized with excellent time management skills.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record is a must.
