School Psychology Paid Internships for Out-of-State Graduate Students.
The Bureau of Special Education is committed to ensuring your success in establishing or expanding school psychology internships that increase both the attraction and retention rates of school psychologists within Pennsylvania.
The school psychologist intern will receive a $20,000 stipend for the school year.If you are interested in the internship opportunity, please contact the Director of Special Education, Elizabeth Mason, at or at ext An "out-of-state" graduate student is defined by: 1.
A student with primary residency in a state other than Pennsylvania. Verification of residency via a valid drivers' license, state ID, or voter registration is required. The student may be enrolled in a Pennsylvania College or University. It is not a requirement to be enrolled in a Pennsylvania program to be eligible for the paid internship. 2. A student with primary residency in Pennsylvania attending an out-of-state school psychology graduate program. Verification of residency via a valid drivers' license, state ID, or voter registration is required. Verification of the out-of-state school psychology graduate program, via an unofficial transcript, is required. 3. A student with primary residency in a country other than the United States. Verification of residency via a FI or permanent resident immigrant visa is required. The student may be enrolled in a Pennsylvania College or University. It is not a requirement to be enrolled in a Pennsylvania program to be eligible for the paid internship.
