    What we need:
    The Lead Compensation Analyst at Brady will play apivotal role within the compensation and benefits team.

    They willpartner with leadership on program design and will spearhead theexecution and administration of our global compensation and totalrewards programs.

    This role entails managing the annual merit and bonusprocess in Workday, overseeing compensation structures, conductingin-depth analyses to drive strategic insights, and providing essentialsupport to HR business partners worldwide.

    This role reports directly tothe Global Compensation & Benefits Director.


    What you\'ll be doing:

    Takecharge of all compensation activities, including job evaluations, salaryrecommendations, creating and enhancing compensation structures,developing controls and completing audits and identifying ways toimprove upon current compensation practices.

    Collaborate in thestrategic development of new compensation programs and policies to alignwith organizational goals.
