    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and address customer biomedical equipment problems promptly and effectively.
    • Follow company protocols and hospital procedures to maintain compliance and document all services provided.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Keep tools and equipment well-maintained for efficient repairs and maintenance.
    • Report any quality or compliance issues to uphold ethical standards.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR completion of GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Understanding of electronic devices and ability to interpret schematic diagrams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Willingness to work on-call and weekends if needed.
    • Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
