Job DescriptionThe Catering Services Manager is a leadership position which leads all aspects of catering solutions and special events at the location.

This position will lead the Catering team to complete events or catering delivery requests in line with customer expectations and service standards.

COMPENSATION:

The salary rate for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves theright to modifybase salary (as well as any other discretionary payment orcompensation program) at anytime AND FOR ANY REASON, including,BUT NOT LIMITED TOfor reasons related toindividual performance,Aramark or individual department/team performance, and marketfactors.

Job Responsibilities? Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers? needs? Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport? Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events? Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders? Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients? needs? Train and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation? Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event? Responsible for delivering food and labor targets? Responsible for execution of catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and management? Ensure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables? Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members? Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policiesAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.

In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.#FS-100QualificationsRequires at least 2 years of experiencePrior experience in a management or supervisory role preferredPrevious experience in events, hospitality and catering preferredRequires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experienceAvailable to work event-based hoursMust have excellent communications skillsAbility to solve problems via teamwork and collaborationComplete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as requiredRequires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
