- Obtain and assess patients' medical and psychosocial history for effective care.
- Perform physical exams following organizational protocols.
- Order and analyze diagnostic tests and procedures, including ECGs.
- Provide counseling on Preventive Medicine, Program guidance, and Product and Supplement Education.
- Prescribe FDA approved weight loss medications adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication management in the EMR system.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers and facilities when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up communications with patients to track progress and address any issues.
- Regularly review Weight Tracker Report, Slipping Report, and assigned KPIs to oversee clinical operations and guide staff.
- Engage in continual training programs and provide support in training other clinical team members.
- Offer strategic insights to enhance the patient experience and overall operations.
- Participate in launching new programs, services, and products as part of program development.
