- Setting tables; placing and replacing silverware
- Cleaning off tables, chairs, etc
- Setting up and breaking down restaurant
- Bringing customers water at the beginning of the meal and coffee at the end of the meal
- Setting up the kitchen line for food expo
- Reading tickets and managing hot and cold food, organizing completed dishes and running food tables
- Carrying Deep Dish pizzas to table and serving table side
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Runner:
As a Busser, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. You'll assist servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
As a Runner, you'll be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the guests' tables efficiently and accurately. You'll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and smooth operations during service.
