- Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or related field
- Ability to lift & demonstrate proper technique
- Basic knowledge of anatomy & exercise physiology
- Previous experience in recovery/physical therapy is a plus
- Previous work with neuro/paralysis injuries is a bonus
- Certified Personal Trainer certification is advantageous
- Interest in movement science (Kinesiology) is preferred
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Interview process includes verbal and practical assessments
- Part-time position initially with potential for full-time transition
