    Powered by in-house technology, TopView Global creates one-of-a-kind experiences by land and sea for tourists and locals around the world, and builds top notch software solutions that simplify adventure seeking and experience management. Headquartered in NYC, we currently operate in NYC and London and are looking to expand to Philadelphia, Washington DC, San Francisco, Atlanta, Miami, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Dubai, Istanbul and many others in the next few years.

    Note: This is a full-time, on-site position at our corporate office: 11 E 44th St, 6th Fl, New York, NY 10017.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create top-notch, outstanding interior designs for our portfolio of double decker bus experiences (including our popular Tea Around Town experience), cruise experiences, and other experiential products that appeal to various target audiences.
    • Lead interior design projects, including concept development, schematic design, space planning, interior layouts, material selection, decor sourcing, installation, and more.
    • Translate business objectives into creative and functional design solutions.
    • Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and material samples, to decision-makers, effectively communicating design concepts and visions.
    • Manage project timelines and documentation, coordinating with internal team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Deliver high quality design solutions within budgets.
    • Provide comprehensive documentation to stakeholders for streamlined end-to-end completion of all interior design related projects.
    • Conduct site inspections and project meetings to oversee progress and guarantee adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and budgets.
    • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate into projects and improve process efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
    • At least 12 years of experience as a full-time interior designer, with significant experience in high-end designs
    • Strong portfolio of previous interior design work showcasing hands-on skills and end-to-end interior design project management
    • Strong project management skills and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
    • Experience in event planning, tourism, hospitality, food or a related field is a plus
    • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
    • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
    • Must be able to work out of our NYC office full-time - not a hybrid or remote role; site visits are required on an occasional basis
    • This position requires 45+ hours a week

    Compensation:

    Base salary $110k - $135k plus bonus
