- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize operational performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in operations, a plus if within the renewable energy or related industries.
- Proven track record of leading and improving operational processes and teams.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
