Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Transportation Specialist is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations

Work Performed:

The Transportation Specialist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.;Assist guests with luggage;Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;Respond to guest inquiries and requests ;R esolve guest concerns (escalate as appropriate ) ;Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles, front drive, and lobby;Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; andAny and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Qualifications:

Required P rior Experience:
Prior customer service experience

Preferred Prior Experience:
Hospitality industry experience

Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Licenses/ Certification:V alid state drivers license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations

Physical:
