    THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
    Elite Fire Safety, a Division of SciensBuilding SolutionsisseekingaService Sales Representativefor our fire safety& securitybusiness.TheSales Representative's focus will be on newopportunities viaend-user customers and expanding services to existing customerswhilemanagingand growingthe business throughthe selling of new service contractswithin the assigned territory.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well)
    • Sellsservice and maintenance contracts,and other related services. Achieves orders/booking and gross margin goals.
    • Achievesannual quota assigned and agreed upon by Sales Manager on a consistent basisafter initial ramp up period.
    • Createsnew market share by selling a broad range of services to new customers.
    • Demonstrates strong prospecting skills and the ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence inSciens.Searchesfor and qualifiesopportunities on an ongoing basis; followsup with prospects in a timely manner.
    • Conductspostcontract acceptancefollowup by contacting customers, ensuring commitments were met, and affirmingcustomer satisfaction once the customer haspurchased aservice agreement.
    • Performs needs assessments, develops sales proposals, estimates,and presentations.Provides accurate forecast of activity and potential sales.
    • Maintainsan in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services andcustomers'requirementsthrough in-house training,networking,and research.
    • Utilizesapproved marketing materials to present sales presentationsand proposalsto prospects, assuring the customer understands our value proposition, positive features,and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.
    • Independently establishes call plans and customer followup strategies and tactics; consistently appliestime and territory management techniques.
    • Works withsystems sales,operations, finance, legal, and other inside and outside resources as needed to obtain sales.
    • Developsand executestacticalsales strategies,including endusers,developers,and property managers.
    • Preparessales promotion campaigns for customers to promoteservice offeringsto commercial markets.
    WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
    • Two to fiveyears meeting and succeeding quotas of sellingservice and maintenance contractstoend user customersor related activity.
    • Consultative selling expertise.
    • Consistent sales performance, ability to organically grow business by providing solutions to new client base.
    • Consistentlymet orexceededquotainservicesales for the past 2-5years.
    • Effective communication skillsand abilityto present beforebroadaudiences.
    • Strong negotiation skills and competitive spirit.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates with a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
    • Able to travel by air and/or ground overnight, as necessary.
