    Job Title: Waste Management Truck Driver

    Job Summary:
    Safely operate a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on transfer routes.



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Operate vehicle following safety regulations and Company expectations, ensuring a clean and safe vehicle.
    • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues for corrective action.
    • Report any unsafe situations or service calls before proceeding with service.
    • Collaborate with Route Managers to enhance route efficiencies and address any problems.
    • Notify management of incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage promptly.
    • Communicate customer requests or issues to relevant personnel.
    • Ensure customer locations are left clean and debris-free after service.
    • Follow assigned routes, complete all documentation at the end of the shift.

    Qualifications:
    A. Education and Experience
    - Education: None required.
    - Experience: No prior work experience needed.
    - 2-3 years of front-load commercial driving experience preferred
    B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
    - Commercial Drivers License B (CDL) and at least 18 years of age.
    - Successfully pass pre-employment screenings and maintain an acceptable driving record.


    The starting salary for this position is $27.29/hr. The final offer may depend on various factors including experience, education, and work location.
