    Job DescriptionGeneral Summary:
    The Clinical Outsourcing, Associate Director will lead the Quality Team within Outsourcing.

    The Head, Quality (Outsourcing) is responsible for the oversight of the Quality team and assuring Outsourcing's adherence to quality standards for all contracts.


    Key Duties and Responsibilities:


    Manages and oversees the Quality (Outsourcing) teamMentors Quality team and Outsourcing managers on department processes and contract knowledgeLeads the development of process documentation, including job aids, SOPs, and work instructionsDirects the quality review of contracts created by U.S.

    and international Outsourcing staff, including content, logic, budget, formatting and associated VCT entries.

    Provides oversight of Outsourcing filesBuilds cross-functional relationships and ensure global Outsourcing processes and requirements are understood and followed within the functional teamsLead Inspection Readiness activities with Outsourcing and support across broader Vendor Business Management (VBM) groupDevelop new Inspection Readiness Manager role and work to implement best practices from Outsourcing quality team across VBM via this new roleSupport/lead strategic initiatives within Outsourcing and cross-functionally across VBMAssists with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as necessaryKnowledge and Skills:Proficiency using Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to manage multiple timelines and perform under strict timelinesExperience in managing a remote and contract teamStrong communication, written and oral presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to work across functionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree8-10+ years of experience with a key focus on contracting and operationsPay Range $144,800 – $217,200 USD annually The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.

    This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.

    Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
