    Description

    Job Title: Administrative Office Clerk


    Location: Garden City


    Pay Rate: Starting at $19 per hour


    Job Type: Full-Time


    Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm



    About the Job: This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Administrative Office Clerk at our company. We are looking for an Outbound Clerk to join our team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates import, export, customs, and shipping activities for the department
    • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
    • Manage import/export documentation with accuracy and compliance.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Assist in dispatching tasks, assigning routes, scheduling deliveries, and communicating with drivers.
    • Strong Excel skills required for creating and updating spreadsheets, tracking data, and generating reports.
    • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, recording expenses, and managing invoices.

    Requirements:

    • Warehouse and/or shipping/receiving experience.
    Import-export experience highly preferred

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail in data entry.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be punctual and have consistent attendance.
