- Answer incoming customer calls and process payments in professional and friendly manner
- Maintain customer accounts, make collection calls, process payments and update customer records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide general support to customers, management, and co-workers
- Proven experience as a CSR, receptionist, or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be dependable & punctual
