    The Global Program Management team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Visualization Engineer experienced in Program Management and Business Intelligence Analysis to join our team. The role requires a strong background in data systems and business intelligence, with expertise in user interface and user experience development. In addition, this position requires experience in training and facilitation.

    Essential Functions

    • Program Development and Management:
      • Align programs with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
      • Implement advanced data management tools and risk mitigation techniques.
      • Stay updated on the latest technology, including Business Intelligence tools like machine learning and AI.
      • Provide consulting and ideation support for specific leadership requests.
      • Evaluate, update, and improve current Power BI dashboards.
      • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting systems.
      • Create data connections across tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Excel) for seamless integration.
      • Implement Power Automate flows to automate processes.
    • Collaboration and Data Analysis:
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
      • Analyze, extract, transform, and load data in Power Query for visual representation.
      • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
      • Develop data visualization tools for key deliverables and risk management in vaccine development programs.
    • User-Friendly Visualizations and Training:
      • Use company branding to create dynamic Power BI visualizations for end users.
      • Design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
      • Provide expertise in UX/UI development.
      • Manage and maintain data systems for accuracy and integrity.
      • Deliver training programs to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
    • Performance Monitoring and Best Practices:
      • Monitor and report on program performance to stakeholders.
      • Promote a culture of project excellence by applying best practices and standards in project management.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Expertise in UX/UI development.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
    • Experience with Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience as a training coordinator is a plus.

    Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and business intelligence.
