    Reports to: Climbing Supervisor

    Status: Part-Time/Seasonal

    Position Summary:

    As a Climbing & Adventure Team Member, your role involves ensuring an exceptional climbing experience for all guests. You will provide assistance and guidance throughout their visit, with initial and ongoing training to enhance your skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm
    • Uphold positive interactions and avoid negativity
    • Enforce facility policies and procedures
    • Manage check-in procedures and payments
    • Assign key tags for monthly memberships
    • Maintain knowledge of pricing, events, and equipment
    • Complete assigned tasks per management's instructions

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience working with various age groups
    • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
    • Proficiency in using computers and related tools
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
    • Outstanding guest service and organizational skills
    • Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Remain calm under pressure
    • Respectful and team-oriented attitude
    • Initiative-driven and safety-conscious
    • Minimum age requirement is 16 years old

    Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

    • Standing for extended periods
    • Proficient use of climbing equipment
    • Ability to belay manually in emergencies
    • Lifting up to 40 pounds
    • Adherence to uniform guidelines
    • Intermittent noise levels in the facility

    Preferred:

    • Previous climbing experience or eagerness to learn
