    Position Purpose:

    The Strategic Partnerships Manager works with Product, Marketing, Sales, Technology and Legal team members to support the overall enterprise and partner strategy to drive revenue. The role is heavily focused on external/internal partner relationship management and process improvement. The Manager will support efforts to maintain positive, ongoing relationships with an existing portfolio of partners as well as new partner acquisition efforts. Internally, the Manager will handle day-to-day partner-related inquiries, assist with revenue operations efforts, and drive partner marketing initiatives.

    • Collaborate across the organization to address partner-related inquiries; e.g., product upgrades & new offerings, renewals, invoices, credentialing, new prospect inquiries, and projects.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of strategic partners to ensure retention and foster opportunities for revenue growth.
    • Meet client commitments by ensuring partner-related items are available to facilitate project delivery; e.g., agreements, specs, credentials, contacts, etc.
    • Support negotiations and work with Legal on new partner agreements, renewals, and amendments to expand product offering and support delivery.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver go-to-market strategy through partner-related initiatives.
    • Align with Revenue Operations and Finance to implement processes to ensure accurate invoicing of partner products, projects, and services and make necessary adjustments as the business evolves.
    • Drive initiatives that achieve partner revenue goals and support exploration and development of plans for new revenue sources.
    • Analyze data from various sources to assess usage trends and overall partner performance.
    • Define partnership reporting requirements that support end-to-end reconciliation of partner invoicing through client billing.
    • Ability to work independently to successfully drive business outcomes.

    Required education and experience:
    • 8+ years experience in a partnership, relationship or contract management role for a financial software or services company.
    • Experience navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations to successfully action items.
    • Experience working cross-functionally to drive continuous process improvement.
    • Self-starter who is comfortable identifying issues, engaging key stakeholders and developing solutions.
    • Creative, strategic, analytical, and outside-of-the-box problem solver.
    • Expertise in Microsoft solutions suites (MS Office, Teams).
    • Ability to collaborate with diverse audiences, including, but not limited to, Marketing, Product, Technology, Sales, Legal, Finance, Executive Leadership, and external partners.
    • Experience with financial services industry, especially in lending.
    Preferred education and experience:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
