    Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Operations Manager within the Outdoor Performance platform team is pivotal in spearheading initiatives that bridge the gap between passion for the outdoors and achieving business objectives.

    This role demands not just an affinity for outdoor sporting activities but also an exceptional knack for communication.

    By effectively conveying the brand's vision and values, the individual in this position energizes teams and partners, ensuring everyone is aligned with the company's strategic direction.

    Their enthusiasm for outdoor adventures acts as a catalyst, fostering a team environment that is both motivated and inspired to push the boundaries of what's possible in the outdoor performance sector.

    This position reports to the Senior Director, Sales Planning & Operations and is based out of our Logan office.

    As the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

    Effectively lead and manage a team with platform sales operations responsibilities, including sales reporting, sales forecasting, sales tool oversight, and sales meetings and events.

    Act as a highly collaborative liaison between departments, ensuring the sales team can effectively and efficiently execute brand strategies and initiatives.

    Develop and implement checklists and processes to ensure go to market readiness across the platform.

    Manage the development and implementation of platform sales reporting tools that meet the needs of all individuals across the sales organization.

    Manage the implementation of sales forecasting and sales planning processes, providing critical business insights and analysis to sales leadership, demand planning, and finance.

    Manage the implementation and adoption of best-in-class sales tools across the platform.
    Manage the execution of best-in-class sales meetings and events.
    Develop and implement sales incentive programs to drive achievement of sales goals and objectives.


    You Have:


    A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales, or related field required, MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in sales operations or related functions.

    Extensive knowledge and experience managing and implementing B2B sales tools and CRM solutions. Experience in Elasticsuite and preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience using and managing various sales reporting tools. Experience in PowerBI preferred.

    3+ years of managerial experience in sales operations, customer service, or related environmentProven success managing a team in a fast paced, multi-brand environment preferred.

    Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills required.
