- Develop and supervise treatment programs for adults aged 18 and above with autism, cognitive disabilities, and other special needs in residential facilities and day treatment programs.
- Provide training to supervisors, managers, and other professionals on behavior support and treatment planning best practices.
- Create and deliver various in-service trainings to support skill development and program management among residential and day treatment staff.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, updating client treatment plans and ensuring consistency among team members.
- Conduct initial FBA assessments to determine client needs, establish personalized goals and objectives for ongoing evaluation.
- Assess program progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare progress reports outlining clients' current status.
- Participate in transition meetings to report clients' performance levels, progress on goals, and proposed objectives.
- Collaborate with professionals through in-person consultations, phone calls, and telehealth/video conferencing.
