    CONCIERGE

    Do you enjoy having fun and spending time with people? Highgate Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our team in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. This full-time position involves serving as the first point of contact resource, ensuring a positive first impression, and providing support services to residents and families.

    SKILLS NEEDED:

    • Confidence to engage with seniors, their families, and business partners
    • Top-notch customer service skills
    • Ability to create an appealing atmosphere for seniors
    • Innovative thinking to find creative solutions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and communication techniques
    • Team player with a strong customer service focus
    • Ability to adapt quickly to residents' needs
    • Understanding of dementia

    RELATABLE EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience in customer-facing roles
    • Background in hospitality or management
    • Multi-tasking experience
    • Previous work with seniors or vulnerable populations
    • Volunteer work
    • Familiarity with aging population

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Minimum 1 year in high-level customer service
    • Current negative TB test
    • Desire to work with vulnerable populations
    • Willingness to learn in a healthcare environment
    • Pass criminal record/background check
    • Good time management skills
    • Ability to work independently

    Highgate Senior Living offers a competitive benefits package, room for innovation, and a flexible compensation range of $16.50 to $21.00 per hour.
