    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:


    Our dynamic and rapidly growing StructureCare team is seeking a detail-oriented and self-starting Client Services Manager to service our Growth Territories.

    StructureCare, headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is a premier engineering and restoration company working to protect infrastructure investments throughout the U.S.

    EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:


    Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.5 or more years in construction-related consulting, sales, business development, and/or account management preferred.3 or more years in construction project management preferred.

    Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
    Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
    Excellent knowledge of the construction processes, building materials, equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, OSHA, and standards applicable to the discipline.
    Experience with Salesforce, Procore, SAP, Sharepoint, Structionsite, and other construction-related systems.
    Working knowledge of the construction industry and key players, specifically concrete construction, and restoration.
    Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
    Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving needs of the role.
    Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    Potential travel required 50%+ of time.
    Act as the single point of contact for all service client relationships within Growth Territories.
    Identify prospects, develop leads, and achieve sales targets within our Growth Territories.
    Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to both active and prospective clients.
    Utilize CRM to track activities, generate reports, and develop customer profiles.
    Responsible for timely SVC-related services, proposal development, and repair project schedules.
    Attend and participate in regional conferences throughout the growth territories, including presentation development, sponsorships, and speaking roles, as required.
    Monitor and manage the financial performance of any active service accounts and repair projects.
    Establish strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing to maximize StructureCare's profitability.
    Control all aspects of project management, including all administrative functions.

    Collaborate with Structural Engineers regarding scope development, and estimating of projects, including technical questions, concerns, and issues that may arise during active projects.

    Lead in developing work plans that include repair schedules, project milestones, risk factors, and as-builts.
    Monitor project performance regarding cost and quality. Regularly communicate project performance to leadership and strategize the implementation of necessary corrective action.
    Solicit vendor pricing through StructureCare's preferred vendor program and methods.
    Provide regular forecasts of the financial performance of assigned projects and the overall market.
    Manage cash flow on assigned projects and overall market through timely invoicing and prompt cash collection.
    Execution of subcontractor Statements of Work and Change Orders, as necessary.

    Supervise all aspects of site logistics and subcontractor(s) activity during the execution of projects to exceed customer requirements and expectations.

    Develop and enhance customer relationships through the delivery of excellent service and problem-solving abilities.
