Minimum Requirements

• Engage in physical activities requiring the use of your arms and legs, such as climbing into attic/crawl spaces, lifting (up to 50lbs), balancing, walking, crawling, stooping, and handling of materials and equipment.
• Proficient in technology
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience as a Home inspector / Termite Inspector is advantageous
• Ability to develop and acquire new skills
• Maintaining a high level of focus on tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Hold a valid Florida Drivers' License with a Good Driving Record
• Successful completion of a background check
• Required Drug Testing (initially and random)
