    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The roles of Senior Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager are crucial to the effective operation of FedEx Office's largest and most influential retail locations. As a manager, your focus will be on running and expanding the business while upholding high-quality service, operational efficiency, and guiding, developing, and mentoring your team members. Your leadership and commitment to achieving results empower your team to deliver solutions to customers and meet the store's financial objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Understand and embody FedEx Office values when dealing with customers and team members.
    • Build and motivate high-performing teams, utilizing FedEx Office tools and resources, sound judgment, and effective decision-making in areas such as recruitment, training, development, retention, and performance management.
    • Coach and educate your team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to contribute to company objectives.
    • Engage with major accounts, address complex customer requirements, and act as a consultative partner to host properties and commercial sales while serving key customers.
    • Create an outstanding store environment that fosters customer and team member engagement, aligning with the FedEx brand experience.
    • Oversee all store controls, including Standard Operating Procedures, financials, safety, security, scheduling, and legal compliance, through effective leadership and delegation.
    • Continuously enhance operational and sales activities to surpass financial and customer experience targets.
    • Exercise independent judgment and effective decision-making in daily tasks, such as managing accounts receivable, analyzing inventory reports, summarizing daily sales, and handling bank deposits.
    • Prioritize and complete multiple leadership tasks within set timelines, efficiently planning workloads, delegating tasks, and supervising team members.
    • Promote ideas and leverage Quality Improvement tools to enhance business performance.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • High School diploma or GED required
    • 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., retail, service, hospitality, military), including 3+ years of supervisory experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Ability to manage daily store operations by standing and moving within the store
    • Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
    • Flexibility to bend or twist at the waist and knees consistently
    • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet customers, vendors, team members, or for other business needs
    • Maintain focus and concentration for extended periods
    • Read and interpret documents and instructions from various stakeholders
    • Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team members
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
    • Operate with the appropriate level of autonomy
    • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to established business hours to support FedEx Office operations
