- The service apprentice position is considered a trainee who is learning the mechanics of sprinkler system installation.
- Assisting with the performance of routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of sprinkler systems and fire protection systems.
- May install and test sprinkler systems will support the diagnosis and evaluation of systems that require servicing as well as troubleshooting issues that arise during inspections.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions.
- Ability to work with hands and stand on feet for duration of project.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
