Description

Role: SAP FICO Project Manager

Location: Brunswick, NJ/Remote

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Create, organize, execute, and complete projects, acting as the primary point of contact for Vendors
Provide project management and oversight to vendor implementations, including developing project plans, managing resources, and communicating status to stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, consultants, and Vendors, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates to management and stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Participate in the development and improvement of departmental standards, methodologies, and procedures.
Assign work to project team members, monitor project progress, and review billable time and expenses.

Skills & Qualifications:

9+ years of project management experience, with the ability to effectively direct, coordinate, and follow up with team members.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks under time constraints.
Experience managing ERP or related applications, preferably SAP or Oracle.
Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
Commitment to improving internal practices and attention to detail.
PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
