- 15 bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN, 3 CNA's Q shift
- In-patient residential setting sub-acute physical rehab
- Full-time and per-diem positions available:
- Fulltime dayshift (7am-7pm)
- Fulltime NOC shift (7pm-7am)
- Per-diem days and/or NOC shift
- Dayshift RN rates:
- $38-$41.50 base rate based on experience + OT past 8th hour
- NOC shift RN rates:
- $38-$41.50 base rate based on experience + $2 NOC shift diff + OT past 8th hour
- 12-hour shifts w/overtime after 8th hour (4 hrs @ time and 1⁄2 per 12 hr shift)

- Every other weekend off (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) for fulltime positions
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k w/company match, life insurance and more) for fulltime positions
- Low patient ratios
- On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet
- Fulltime RN must be able to work 12-hour shifts on the following schedule:
- Week 1 days are Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Week 2 days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
- Repeat

Our NeuroRestorative facility located in La Mesa, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.
