Job Summary

This position as a Sales Trainer for Home Health and Hospice is a key role in providing the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote services and expand the business. Responsible for creating and delivering tailored training programs to help sales representatives establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales training curriculum, workshops, and seminars to enhance the sales team's performance.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to focus on sales process, service knowledge, and customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert on home health and hospice services and sales.
• Design comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
• Offer individualized support and guidance to new sales representatives.
• Create personalized development plans and mentor new hires.
• Monitor new hires' progress and provide feedback on performance.
• Assess onboarding programs' effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales training experience in the industry.
• Demonstrated sales success and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting engaging presentations.
• Willingness to travel for training sessions.
