    Overview

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in upholding top-notch brand standards and operational efficiency across the store. They ensure that our team delivers seamless and engaging customer service to all visitors. This position focuses on coaching and developing teammates, monitoring financial metrics, overseeing store performance, and strategic planning.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store department
    • Plan and organize short-term and long-term operational strategies under the guidance of the Store Manager
    • Engage in community recruitment and support initiatives that give back
    • Collaborate with store leadership to recruit and manage a diverse team, including workforce planning
    • Ensure team compliance with operational standards, brand guidelines, and customer service policies
    • Improve shrink results through adherence to safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling protocols
    • Flexibility to undertake additional tasks as needed
