We are seeking a Director to join the Firm's National Office of Professional Practice (the National Office) team.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team, play a key role in driving audit quality and expand upon a culture of professional excellence.

The Senior Manager will report to the Chief Auditor and Chief Accountant. This individual may have industry experience in either the commercial or asset management industry.

Ensure the quality of audits through several different areas, including but not limited to:
Training & coaching
Quality control reviews
Creation and implementation of firmwide audit and assurance practices
Assist with the research, application, and implementation of technical accounting pronouncements.
Bachelors degree is Accounting
~ National office experience working with and enhancing the system of quality control is a plus
~ Experience with and in developing, implementing, and training on audit methodology and enhancements thereto and working directly with engagement teams to resolve complex auditing and accounting matters.
~ Banking and/or capital market industry experience is required.
