    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Operations

    • Oversee daily operations across both locations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dental services.
    • Implement SOP, protocols, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and team performance.
    • Manage personnel requirements, including hiring, training, and development of staff.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that upholds our high standards of patient care.
    • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain the highest standards of dental practice.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

    Qualifications:

    • Must be willing to travel to both locations working out of both each week. Must have access to a vehicle.
    • 5+ years of experience in day-to-day operations management, in a multi-location healthcare or dental setting.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

    Compensation:
    $120,000 - $140,000 per year
