Meta is seeking a Facility Operations Process Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations team.

Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our suite of products operates to meet the demands of our customers.

The Facility Operations Process Lead will work with the larger Infrastructure Data Centers team to facilitate operating and maintaining the data center through document control and process creation.

Facility Operations Process Lead ResponsibilitiesAdminister third party software to set up document workflows in support of critical operationsCoordinate the development, review and approval of all operating proceduresManage the document turnover process to ensure all construction documents are properly transferred to operations teamsManage corrective actions at a campus level by ensuring timely tasking and closeoutManage document control and change management processes at the campusAudit procedures and processes for compliance to operations standards and adherence to qualityAct as project manager for local process improvement initiativesCollaborate with centralized support teams to bring global initiatives to the local siteMain administrator of local training and qualification programs with site teamsMinimum Qualifications3+ years experience working in an operations environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Method of Procedures (MOP's)Experience in process and change managementDemonstrated partnership and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a critical operations environmentLean Six Sigma certificationExperience working with enterprise asset management and maintenance management software
