We are looking for a fearless and accountable Asst. Store Team Leader who is positive and passionate The Asst.
Store Team Leader will effectively assist the Store Director in general management duties and share responsibility for the store's operation and performance.
An Asst.Store Team Leader can work at a fast pace, has a keen eye for safety and will be able to help execute an assortment of duties throughout the store.
Responsibilities:
An Asst.
Store Team Leader is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
An Asst.Store Team Leader's responsibilities include:
Serving as the leader of his/her store team, and as such an excellent role model, coach, performance evaluator and trainer.
Supervising and implementing initiatives for the company customer service programs.
Coaching, acknowledging member and team accomplishments, and reviewing customer service and sales tracking reports.
Supervising department managers and aiding them with recruiting, training, employee performance initiatives, sales and marketing program execution.
Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and active sampling (when appropriate) and always giving a genuine thank you.
Overseeing the selection and training of new members.
Executing, communicating and supporting all merchandising programs.
Providing excellent knowledge of all products merchandised in the store.
Overseeing the ordering products and supplies, the auditing of all products received, ensuring proper shelf stock levels for our customers and minimum levels of product shrink.
Helping to ensure the proper merchandising of all departments.
Achieving store and department sales and profits goals.
Controlling store labor, inventory, product out of stocks and shrink.
Ensuring all safety equipment is maintained and all store members act in accordance with company safety guidelines.
All other related duties as assigned
Desired qualifications include:
Friendly and customer service oriented. Interest in food and cooking a plus.
Customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery or similar experience desired
Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation
Skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions
Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
Must be 18 years of age
Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:
Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending
