Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Code and process discretionary and maintenance Fixed Asset invoicesCode and enter/review construction project invoices that are setup in Ultimus workflow toolBe the Ultimus workflow Administrator for Construction Projects.

Responsible for ensuring projects are setup properly in the Ultimus workflow and the process is followed.

Be the front line for handling any questions from the Construction team related to the billing and invoices for Construction projectsProcess fixed asset reclassifications identified in credit card purchases or during month end clos as neededReviewing and processing credit card purchases that qualify for capitalization during month-end closeAnswering any Fixed Asset related questions from field partnersManage and coordinate New Vendor Requests with the Accounts Payable Vendor team for the field and Construction team.

Manage and prioritize rush check requests with Accounts PayableAssist with year-end fixed asset disposal processAdditional Information-

This full-time, exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA

Compensation:
$20-$24/ hour; may be bonus eligibleEnsign Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pre-employment criminal background screening required.
