If this sounds like you, our full-time or part-time In-Home Behavior Technician position at Little Leaf ABA could be the fulfilling opportunity for you


    As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    You will be the face of our company and will be provided the highest quality training and support from our dedicated supervising analysts and leadership team. At Little Leaf ABA, we prioritize the well-being of our In-Home Behavior Technicians and offer flexible scheduling options. This flexibility empowers you to arrange your work hours in a manner that suits your personal life, fostering a healthy work-life balance. All that you need is:

    • RBT Certification
    • CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable)
    • Experience with children of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors

    Little Leaf ABA provides ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 18. Our hands-on approach and commitment to evidence-based therapy aim to prepare children to function effectively in all areas of their lives. We are passionate about improving the lives of children with autism and empowering their families. Working directly with children in their homes provides a natural environment for therapy sessions.
