    Registered Nurse (RN) - 2nd Shift (3p-11p)


    Exciting Update: We're growing into new areas and looking for a Registered Nurse to work in Winnebago and Outagamie counties, ensuring coverage and support across all territories with the flexibility to adapt to different areas as we expand our presence.     The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and families in the community, ensuring a safe environment for all and collaborating with the care team for the best patient outcomes.


    Schedule:

    • 2nd shift - 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 3pm to 11pm
    • Minimum every 3rd weekend
    • On-call for one shift every 5-6 weeks
    • 2 holidays per year

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):

    • Perform skilled nursing assessment and interventions
    • Update care plans as needed
    • Respond to patient/family needs in collaboration with triage nursing staff
    • Provide crisis care when necessary
    • Report findings to the team and attending physician
    • Educate patients and family on disease progression, symptom management, and medication
    • Administer medication based on orders
    • Record orders in EMR and follow up as required
    • Prioritize daily tasks considering patient and staff needs
    • Communicate effectively with the team

    Requirements:

    • Education: Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Certification/Licensure: RN license in the relevant state required
